Built With the Whole Program in Mind.
EXPERIENTIAL FABRICATION & BRAND ACTIVATIONS
A build for a brand activation has to earn its place twice. Once in the design, where it has to represent the brand exactly as the brand expects. And once in the field, where it has to actually work in whatever space it lands in, on whatever timeline exists, in whatever conditions show up that day. We know what that means in practice. The questions that don't get asked until load-in. The constraints that only matter when you’re standing in front of them. We ask those questions at the start, which is why the builds we deliver work the way they're supposed to when it counts.
THE WORK
Large-format builds, mobile and touring assets, modular structures, activation elements at every scale. If it needs to be designed and built for a brand activation or experiential program, this is what we do. Every build starts with a full render. What gets approved is what gets built. The design process accounts for everything the build has to do in the field: the site, the install timeline, the brand guidelines, the life of the asset after the first event. The problems get solved before anything goes into production. The finishes are real. The materials are right. These are purpose-built structures designed around what the program needs to accomplish.

RENDER TO REALITY
Every project on this page started as a render. What the client approved is what showed up on site. No surprises at load-in, no explanations about why the build looks different than the drawing did.

When the Build Is Part of Something Bigger
The builds on this page exist because Icebox is a full-service experiential agency. Strategy, creative development, fabrication, logistics, and full on-site execution. When the program calls for it, the fabrication and the production live under the same roof. We work with brands and agencies across the full scope — from Momentum and Octagon to Jameson, Cuervo, Del Maguey, American Express, and Pernod Ricard.
