HOW WE WORK
Icebox is a production company built on hospitality. It started with bar service, and that's still where the standard comes from. Producing full brand activations end to end is where the production experience comes from. Rentals and fabrication grew out of both because we needed them on our own work first. You're bringing on a partner, not a vendor.
We start by understanding the event. The design board, how a guest should feel from the moment they walk in, what service looks like at every point, and what has to happen for the room to work the way it's designed. Bar service is where Icebox started. Nobody does it better. It's why we see an event the way we do. The scope follows the event, not the other way around. Sometimes that's one element. Sometimes it's most of what's in the room.
Where it starts
The design work
When the design starts here, it happens in house. Custom builds, full event layouts, and every bar and back bar in the collection, so a finish or a panel treatment can be seen without guessing. Renders are built to scale with real materials. Nothing is generated, nothing is approximated, and nothing changes between the render and the room.
Built to Travel
We work nationally, with our own equipment and our own team. Whether it's across town or across the country, the same standard travels with us.
Every detail is accounted for before anything leaves our shop. Rentals arrive freshly prepped, glassware polished and ready for service. Custom builds arrive matching the render they started as. On site we're not a vendor handing off and leaving. We're an extension of your team for whatever the day requires.
ON Site
On site, the team knows what it takes to make every element land the way it should. Stage decks get shimmed perfectly level so the backdrop and facade sit exactly as designed. Fabricated elements are assembled by skilled carpenters who treat the finish the same on site as they would in the shop. And when something comes up that no one planned for like a bluestone transition between reception spaces built on the spot, or a full layout pivot the morning of when the forecast changed, we handle it. That's the kind of team that shows up.
AV and Lighting
Lighting and sound came in house through our brand activation work. We own the equipment and the team that designs and operates it, from architectural and stage lighting to sound systems and control. For luxury events, that same capability can be incorporated when the design calls for it, from lighting a custom build to shaping the room.

Fabrication is always custom. Nothing is adapted from something else, and the scope runs from a single piece to an entire space.
